Plasma treatment trials on client materials can be performed at our trial facilities in Lebring, Austria. Trials can be performed for a wide range of applications that include annealing or cleaning of wire. Plasmait has successfully conducted trials on a broad range or materials including copper and copper alloys (bronze, silicon bronze etc.) steel, stainless steel, aluminum, a range of nickel alloys, titanium, tungsten, tantalum, molybdenum, nitinol, super-conductive materials and others. A wide range of continuous material forms can be tested: wires, tubes, strips, ribbons, and shaped wires. Batch type trials can also be arranged.

Companies interested in running a trial with their sample materials are invited to fill in the form below to book a trial. After the trial the samples are examined for mechanical and surface properties in our test lab as agreed with the client. The processed samples are sent back to the client together with a trial report.
