PlasmaCLEANER

PlasmaCLEANER is a plasma treatment machine designed for surface cleaning and oxide removal on ferrous and non-ferrous wires, ropes, tubes or strip.

PlasmaCLEANER can be used as an alternative to acid cleaning, brushing, sand or shot blasting.

Process features:

  • Dry, chemical-free surface cleaning and oxide removal in air or inert atmosphere
  • Surface activation/passivation as necessary
  • Can be used as a preheater in extrusion and cladding applications
